Camilla Hounsell Halvorsen Design and Architecture designed and transformed an abandoned brick building into a visitor centre for contemporary glass art.
The center provides workshops that are organized for visits and experience of the workshop process. A ramp solution contributes to walk through the process is universally designed and available to all visitors.
By making a visual cut in the existing floor, the wood flooring is recycled, and It seems like the floor is cut and lowered to the ground level. The ramp is moving around the main feature and hanging in the existing roof structure.
