Sobrado + Ugalde ARCHITECTS has designed PASEO in Mexico City. The project was finished in January 2013.
The project has 730 M2 of construction and 1200 M2 of land, this was a massive renovation that changes the slope of the house completely and create more space in the private areas. Sobrado + Ugalde ARCHITECTS maintain the fire place as a focal point of the house designing all the spaces around this area.
Sobrado + Ugalde ARCHITECTS add a new green roof to maintain the heat all year in the house and also creating a great view from the garden and the golf course. The house has 4 bedrooms a gaming room and a family room.
From the kitchen, living room and gaming room the house has great views to the Golf Course and the natural lighting allows the house to save energy most year.
