In this furniture layout organization, Pipe House by Vasiliy Butenko features a series of circular patterns that have created the interesting and unique spatial experiences within the house when one moving from one room to another.

The Pipe House is located next to a mountain cliff on the Crimean coast in the environment of subtropical nature, fresh air and the Black sea.
Also we suppose that this project might be realised as separate house built on the roof of many-storeyed building located on the beach.

Due to it’s specific lay-out house is planned as the place for rest on vocation and weekends, not for constant residence.
The concept of pipe house is based on round screens surrounding all zones. This screens are woodeen and of two types. First type is translucent and second is opaque.

Screens are placed on two rails and you can use them depending on mood. Using opaque screen it is possible to hide from the sun, create intimate atmosphere or even hide some parts of house using buffer partitions located in transit zones. Four zones with round screens also have hidden storage system which you can use depending on requirement.

Creating this house we used organic forms and natural materials. Four main matarials are: wood (wall decorating, furniture, bar), textile (soft platens used in bedroom walls upholstery), concrete (bulk floor), glass (walls have high narrow windows to diffuse daylight to interior spaces).
House has system of multi-coloured illumination built in round co called “pipes” on a ceiling. So you can choose colour of your day: green, yellow or maybe red?
