In cooperation with Light Art Biennial from Austria, Ptuj will host light objects by artists such as Manfred Kielnhofer,  Christoph Luckeneder, Mounty R. P. Zentara and Alexandre Murucci. Korean artist Jeongmoon Choi also is invited to exhibit her light drawings.

Installations by Art Stays’ artists (Dušan Fišer) will join and complement the visiting works of art. The Light Art Project is a conceptual by Jernej Forbici upgrade of Art Stays projects from 2005, when the festival carried the name Light Please. The aim is to awaken life in the sleepy oldest Slovenian town. Each night, Ptuj will shine under the glow of the light installations and take a peek into a brighter future.
